We prepare the site. This involves moving furniture, protecting floors, completely stripping out old suites or wiring, and running all new pipes (first fix plumbing) and cables (first fix electrics) before plastering begins.

Second Fix, Tiling & Prep
Once cables and pipes are hidden, we return to fit sockets, switches, and light fittings. For renovations, this is when we level floors, apply tiling and grout, and extensively prep, sand, and fill all woodwork, walls, and ceilings.

Decorating, Test & Sign-Off
The final stage. We apply high-quality trade emulsion and gloss for a flawless finish. All electrical works are fully tested, relevant documentation is provided, and the room is signed off.

The Brief
A complete turnkey first-floor overhaul covering full bathroom demolition, plumbing, plastering, decorating, and comprehensive electrical rewiring. Bathroom Flooring & Tiling — The bathroom finally starts taking shape. We lay down the new flooring and complete the precision wall and floor tiling, ensuring everything is perfectly levelled.
Bedroom Downlights & Second-Fix Bathroom Electrics — Back to the electrics. We finalise the bathroom wiring for the new shower and move into the bedrooms to install the new ceiling downlights, making sure every fitting is perfectly spaced and aligned.

Phase 2 — Plastering & Making Good. Professional plastering across all chased walls and ceilings to create a smooth, paint-ready surface.

Phase 4 — Final Commissioning & Handover. Final decorative top coats, 18th Edition electrical testing, issue of the Electrical Installation Certificate (EIC), and final site clean-down.

The Brief
A comprehensive electrical rewire for a residential property, requiring a full turnkey service so the homeowner did not have to hire separate plasterers and decorators to fix the walls after the rewiring was complete.

Channelling walls — The reality of a full rewire. We channelled out the walls to run new first-fix cabling, using professional dust extraction and full floor protection to respect the property while we work.
First-fix cabling — First-fix cable containment. We install deep back boxes and secure all cabling cleanly within the chased channels to ensure a perfectly flush finish once plastered.

New consumer unit — Out with the old, in with the new. We completely stripped out the outdated, non-compliant fuse board and installed a modern consumer unit, ensuring meticulously dressed wiring and full RCD and RCBO protection.
Made good — The turnkey difference. Following directly on from the first-fix stage on this exact wall, our in-house team fully filled, plastered, and made good all the chases so they were completely ready for decoration.
